We are excited to have partnered with Serve2Perform for our leadership development needs. Adam Arroyos and Carol Silva Moralez took the time to meet with members of our executive team to learn about the organization and its leadership needs. They have been able to truly personalize the training based on our specific needs. Time spent in the virtual leadership development sessions and cultivation of each leader’s development plan is proving to be fruitful to our organization's end of building girls of courage, confidence, and character.
