When does it start?

Enrollment is continuous. Upon registration, we will align on which cohort timeline works best for you.

What is the time commitment?

Leaders commit 2 hours a month through one group session and targeted paired executive coaching.

Manager commitment involves (3) 1 hour paired coaching sessions.

What is the investment?

The program is $3,000 and includes a complimentary registration for your manager. For nonprofit leaders, we offer a 50% discount of $1,500.
