What is the delivery format?

It can be delivered virtually, in person, or a hybrid of both.

What is the time commitment?

Leaders commit 4 hours a month through group training, pre and post-work, and targeted paired executive coaching. Manager commitment involves participation in the first group training session and in three 1-hour paired coaching sessions.

What is the investment?

The program is $5,000 and includes a complimentary registration for your manager.
