LEADERSHIP IS A TEAM SPORT, AND WE KNOW THAT THE SUCCESS OF OUR COACHEE WILL REQUIRE MORE THAN JUST ACQUIRING NEW KNOWLEDGE, AWARENESS, AND PERSPECTIVE. THEY WILL ALSO NEED TO CALIBRATE HOW THEY SERVE THE NEEDS OF THEIR TEAM(S), PEERS, COLLEAGUES, AND ORGANIZATION.
 

HOW WE DEFINE EXECUTIVE COACHING

AT SERVE2PERFORM, WE BELIEVE SO PASSIONATELY THAT EXECUTIVE COACHING SHOULD BE DONE A CERTAIN WAY, THAT WE DEVELOPED OUR OWN PROPRIETARY COACHING MODEL. WHILE EXECUTIVE COACHING TYPICALLY ONLY FOCUSES ON THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ASPECT AND ON WHAT THE COACHEE NEEDS TO CALIBRATE, WE FOCUS ON SO MUCH MORE. LET'S GET INTO IT.

OUR MODEL

OUR SUCCESS IS BAKED INTO THE DESIGN OF OUR PROGRAM.

Key elements of our model include how we intentionally engage the direct supervisor as part of our coaching team and how we build coaching plans that operate like campaigns. To lead effectively, people need to trust you and seek to learn from you, and trust is earned by serving the needs of others and being authentic consistently. 

To ensure consistency and completeness, all of our coaches are required to complete our Serve2Perform coaching certification and they must be recertified on an annual basis.
Our coaching certification program includes three parts: formal learning, social learning, and applied learning.

The effectiveness of our coaching model is evident through the success and effectiveness of the leaders we’ve coached and the strong relationship that’s formed with each coaching engagement. We deeply care about each leader we serve, and we are committed to being their advisor and advocate for the long-term.
