Northwest Arkansas has grown exponentially in the past several decades and with that growth has come a diversification in across the region. One of these being the Latino community. While the growth has come in numbers, it has not been reflected in professional opportunities, executive representation, or community leadership representation. LatinXNA, is our effort to close this gap and create a community where opportunity is accessible for everyone.
