Virtual Delivery

Each of our S2P Associates are trained and experienced with delivering virtual learning and development sessions and coaching sessions. All of our programs and services can be delivered onsite and online. For our virtual delivery, we engage a model that fully leverages the engagement features of video conferencing platforms to maximize the engagement and the experience of each participant. We pride ourselves in providing a meaningful and impactful learning experience with our onsite and our online delivery models. Knowing that each client prefers a specific video conferencing platform, the client chooses the platform and we customize the experience within the platform of choice.

PARTICIPANT ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES WE USE

S2P incorporates multiple features proven to drive engagement and deliver a high-quality experience for our participants.

  • Breakouts: Breakout groups allow individuals to experience more open discussion and co-learning in a small group environment.

  • Coaching Team: Provides co-facilitators to contribute to the learning experience and to facilitate breakout sessions.

  • Whiteboards: Leverages visual learning to help participants connect and relate to the learning content.

  • Polls: Great feature to help transition from one phase to the next and to help assess knowledge baselines by having participants respond to a short list of questions anonymously and in a safe environment.

  • Presentation: The screen share features makes it easy for the facilitator and the participants to share presentations, pre-work, post-work, etc.

  • Live chat: This feature allows for real-time engagement, communication, and collaboration and ensures everyone has an opportunity to ask questions and contribute privately and/or publicly throughout the virtual session.

  • Record: Some customers may choose to record a virtual learning and development session so that the participants can access it later and so that others who were not able to join the session can view it as well.
